Along with print ready digital files, I also offer personalised watercolour sketches based on a favourite photograph, hand-drawn by me. Drawn in a freehand flowing line, the drawing is coloured with digital watercolour brushes to pick out a few highlight colours. Please be aware you will receive the high resolution digital files (more details below), ready to print professionally or at home. Prices start from £25. Points to note when choosing a picture:
This is my artistic interpretation of your photograph rather than a detailed drawing – I exclude details of the face so is not suitable for photographs where the person’s face is fully shown. The poses that work best are natural looking moments, rather than smiling directly at the viewer – so looking down, to the side or from behind. The sketch will be from the perspective in the photograph & will be drawn without the background (unless specified, then a sketchy background will be included in the illustration).

You will receive a digital download including a high resolution version of the illustration in 3 different sizes as standard. Have a custom size in mind? Let me know – I’m happy to adjust sizing if required, for a small additional fee.
